Back in Capetown
Now it’s official, we arrived in Capetown late in the night. Only Alfredo stayed antother Night in Copperton, he wants to take the last chance to break the record. But tomorrow he will also has to be back in Capetown. So in the end we didn’t get the record (well, we should better wait for Alfredos last flight), but looking back, our journey was a real success. We met so many interessting people, saw such a beautiful country and had great flights. It was a tremendous experience. And who knows, maybe we will try again and travel back to South Africa.
Say goodbye
Tomorrow morning we will drive back to Capetown, if the weather is good, probably at the evening, to use the day for a last flight. Today was in case of flying not such a great day, but a cool beer, the lovely sun and a good atmosphere makes us all look forward to whatever will happen.
Up and down
After the big storm yesterday night, the Team knew early in the day, that this would be a hard day. And yes, none of the pilots really flew a long distance. But it just didn’t matter, we were filming like hell, took fotos all the time and laughed a lot. Let’s see what tomorrow will bring…
